As you may know, I practice and teach Sivananda Hatha Yoga here in Berlin. I did my TTC in Lithuania in May/June 2005, as it was taught in English (with translations), was good quality, cheap in price, and not too far from Berlin. It was a success with 100 students from all over Eastern Europe, Europe & other countries. Since then, there's been a 2nd annual TTC in Lithuania (Sventoji on the Baltic Sea again) in May/June 2006. My American friend (living in Berlin) did her TTC there in 2006.

This year, the Eastern European Sivananda TTC will be held in this new location of Ustka, Poland (also on the Baltic Sea). Ustka will be a warmer location than Sventoji, but just as beautiful, as it will also be on the Baltic Sea. My fellow 2005-TTC-Graduate has some nice words to say about the TTC-Poland location:

"The location is really great: the resort is located in a beautiful forest, far away from civilization, and very close to the Baltic sea. I can really recommend this place, as I spent my holidays there as a child".*

*Omkar also recently visited the new Ustka TTC location while looking for a Polish venue to host the upcoming Eastern European annual summer TTC. (Location is booked and ready for students!)
